NTC Participated in Relay for Life of Palm Harbor, FL.

August 25, 2010 - Nationwide Title Clearing, , participated in the American Cancer Society’s 2010 Relay for Life of Palm Harbor on August 13-14. Nationwide Title Clearing Disco Dolls For A Cure team, captained by Erika Lance, raised $7,587 for the American Cancer Society, about half of the total amount raised by the event.. New Law Regarding Substitution of Trustee Process in Nebraska.

New Procedure for Massachusetts Releases:

May 18, 2009. To accommodate new laws, Nationwide Title Clearing will now put in place a full procedure in order to offer protection and assist in safeguarding our clients from mortgage lien release penalties for the State of Massachusetts. Click here to read about these changes.

New Procedure for Connecticut Releases:

April 21, 2009. NTC recently reviewed Connecticut State Statute 2008-R-0072, Mortgages. As part of the statute there is a penalty for not filing a release of mortgage within a 60 day timeframe. Click here to read about these changes.

New Procedure for California Reconveyances:

April 16, 2009. Recently the fees for conforming copies have gone up and California County Recorders now charge up to $4.00 per conforming copy when requested with the reconveyances. Click here to read about these changes.
