A dedicated employee for nearly 20 years, Dave LaRose has been a vital reason for NTC's success. As the VP of Technical Excellence, he has developed a series of seminars for continuing education for employees and he controls and updates company policies and procedures. Mr. LaRose also has contributed to our company by researching and developing new services for the company, establishing new services by creating documentation, training materials, and works closely with IT to ensure that all programming is complete. Also, his relentless fixation on excellence and extraordinary training measures recently established a new service for NTC by creating documentation, training materials, schedules and specified standards which is now sold to NTC’s clients as a best practice standard for the industry.

Mr. LaRose is an eager person who is always looking to better our company. In his current position, he assists the legal department, client services, sales and the production area when an issue arises, as his experience is invaluable for guidance. With nearly 30 years experience in the real estate/ title-related industry, he has familiarized himself with learning and perfecting the operation of each department at NTC. He has been instrumental in developing the training courses and seminars for NTC which have contributed to NTC’s unprecedented 99.98% statute compliance rate and a less than one percent reject rate at all 3600+ counties, nationwide.
