As an additional service and typically as an option in the event that the original title policy is unrecoverable, NTC will order a replacement policy from its title company partners. NTC utilizes multiple partners to ensure that the most competitive rate is provided to our clients for replacement title policies. All of our underwriter partners waive the typical administrative and handling fees due to NTC’s unique position in the marketplace thus ultimately saving you those costs.
A benefit of this option is that clients may select NTC to perform this service after they have already attempted to retrieve the title policy themselves and therefore eliminate additional wasted effort dealing with unresponsive title companies. Further, clients may choose this as a final step to complete title policy retrieval services performed by NTC in order to satisfy investor requirements.
Title Policy Replacement Services Include:
- Clients send NTC all necessary information regarding the original title policy that was issued.
- NTC submits requests for replacement title policy quotes out to multiple underwriter partners, selecting the lowest available premium to save clients money. Typical underwriter administrative and handling fees are waived.

- All replacement title policies received are imaged, entered into system and forwarded to the client as instructed.
- Clients are given access to a secure website to have the ability throughout the entire process to view images of retrieved documents, status updates and ability to run management and SLA reports.
